How we provide the Service

We will call at your Property and advise a suitable market value, based upon past sales, location, condition and market conditions. We shall take measurements and photographs of your property in preparation for the production of your property schedule

We shall arrange for a 'For Sale' board to be installed at your property.

We shall entry your details into our Free Weekly Property Guide, and entry you into our property matching service which sends your details to all potential purchasers who have registered with us worldwide.

We can arrange to carry out all viewings at the property, if required.

After viewings all clients are called for feedback and we are in contact with you on a regular basis to update you on the sale of your property.

Other Services

We can also assist you with selecting a Surveyor. We have lists of local Surveyors and Solicitors in the Office

Our registration fee covers the costs of unlimited colour schedules, accompanied viewing costs, display of your property in our high street estate agencies, internet advertising with www.clunyestateagents.com and entry to www.rightmove.co.uk, Scotland's largest property portal .
